My experience was excellent. We bought a very expensive puppy from them 6 months ago, but it was well worth the price. The employees were professional and knowledgable. The store was clean and well kept. I was very against buying a puppy at a pet store, but the Petland ownership and store team have changed my mind. Only pet store in Jax I would buy a puppy from.

I have been a customer for years now and they are very polite and courteous. The store is always very clean and the candles were their puppies are kept are immaculate. I have asked to see puppies the pass and I'm funny on where I purchase them so I have asked for proof that they do not purchase their puppies from puppy mills and they graciously showed me that they do not. In the paperwork it says where they purchase from USDA approved breeders. So all this nonsense about them getting their puppies from puppy mills is just that nonsense!! All you have to do is ask them to show you and they will. They also have a guarantee on their puppies and other animal if there is ever a problem all you have to do is return to the store and they are terrific about assisting you in any way possible. Please do not trash a place that you are not familiar with and do not jump on everybody's bandwagon.
