My experience was excellent. We bought a very expensive puppy from them 6 months ago, but it was well worth the price. The employees were professional and knowledgable. The store was clean and well kept. I was very against buying a puppy at a pet store, but the Petland ownership and store team have changed my mind. Only pet store in Jax I would buy a puppy from.

I purchased my little Chihuahua this past Sunday, very pleasant experience and would recommend to anyone. I have no bias one way or the other but these people with their negative post are wrong, either they were denied financing (not the store's fault) and are bashing for that reason or they have just never stepped foot inside. My Pet Counselor was new but he was absolutely amazing, if he didn't know the answer to our questions he was honest, said he didn't know but he would get the answer for us.
I will be a customer for life after just this one visit.Jeff Ross

Great store and fun atmosphere!! Been to many pet stores in town and this one is cleanest! All staff seemed friendly too!! Pups are too cute - they put a lot into them it's obvious how much they care!

Jessika was all around the nicest person who helps us every time i go in and get feeder fish. The staff is pleasant to be around and they make the environment is so loving. This is the only pet store i will ever shop at. Keep up the great work.
