My husband and myself bought our shih-Poo from here and I had a very heart warming experience. I was comfortable and they made me feel like I was going to be a great pet parent ! I have to say she's doing very well and we can't wait to visit the staff :) thank you for the help on our first puppy !!!

These folks are nothing short of amazing. From food to toys they had it all and most importantly, the customer service was amazing . . . so is the beautiful new member of our family, a lovely new puppy who is happy and healthy. Thanks Petland!!

I have had many experiences with Petland Jacksonville and in every one of them I have found their staff to be knowledgeable, friendly and truly caring regarding my interests.

Clean store that carries high end pet food. They also sell animals here. If they don't have something in stock, they'll happily special order it for you.

Love this store! So clean and friendly and you can play with the puppies! Definitely doesn't have the feel of a normal pet store!

I have purchased all of my pet supplies from this store! The employees are all knowledgeable and were very patient with me when I bombarded them with 100+ questions! The store is clean and well stocked...I would recommend this place for anyone looking for a pet or supplies for their pets!
