For the lifetime of your pup, you must buy 1 bag of pre-approved dog food, 1 toy, 1 treat and 1 supplement per quarter/or 4 times a year from Petland JAX.  Along with being able to prove their dog received appropriate veterinarian care during their life, Petland JAX will give the owner a new puppy from our available selection in the store at equal or lesser value of the original puppy.
