As part of our commitment to the well-being of your puppy throughout their lifetime, we have a Puppies For A Lifetime program in place at Petland Jacksonville. Here are the details:

• To ensure the continued health and nutrition of your pup, we kindly ask that you purchase one bag of pre-approved dog food, one toy, one treat, and one supplement per quarter (or four times a year) from Petland Jacksonville.
• Additionally, we require proof that your dog has received appropriate veterinary care throughout their life.
• In return for fulfilling these requirements, Petland Jacksonville offers an exclusive benefit: If you can demonstrate compliance with the program, we will provide you with a new puppy from our available selection in the store. This replacement puppy will be of equal or lesser value than the original puppy you adopted.
